Richardson Electronics is dedicated to providing products and services of the highest quality, performance and reliability. We have developed a formal Quality Management System supported by all levels of management in order to achieve this goal.

The Richardson Electronics’ Quality Management System is audited on an annual basis by DQS Inc., our third party registrar. Our status as a DQS Registered Firm (File# 10002366), certified to ISO 9001:2015, provides our customers with the assurance that our systems and processes for the distribution of electron tubes, CRT’s, accessories and other small components, as well as our design, manufacture, modification, marking, branding, and special packaging of various electronic components and custom assemblies at our location in LaFox, IL are held to the highest of quality standards.

Our Canvys facilities in Marlborough, MA and Donaueschingen, Germany are both ISO13485:2016 certified. The certification of compliance with ISO 13485 recognizes that Canvys’ policies, practices and procedures ensure our ability to deliver consistent quality medical devices and related services.

In 2018, Richardson Healthcare was awarded ISO 13485:2016 certification. This certification validates the consistent design, development, production and delivery of medical devices that are safe for their intended purpose. To be certified, Richardson Healthcare demonstrated the ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

With these certifications, customers can be confident that Richardson is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality, efficiency and responsiveness.
